Scott Haney
Scott Haney retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 2001 after 22 years of service. Mr. Haney has extensive training in accident reconstruction. His background as a reconstructionist and CVSA certified commercial vehicle inspector provides him a unique prospective of a commercial vehicle collision. Training from Northwestern University, University of North Florida, United States Department of Transportation and various Accident Reconstruction organizations enhance his capabilities. Mr. Haney maintains a full accreditation with the Accreditation Commission on Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Courses in Air Bag Crash Data Retrieval, Human Factors, Pedestrian, Commercial Vehicle, Advanced Accident Investigation, Applied Physics, Reconstruction and Advanced Reconstruction are examples of continuing education courses completed. Mr. Haney has been accepted as an expert in Traffic Accident Reconstruction in Federal and District Courts across the country. Upon request a complete curriculum vitae is available.
Mike Wallace
Mike Wallace is a reconstructionist with Accident Recon Inc. and has been with the firm since 2001. Mr. Wallace was the lead accident reconstructionist with the Mustang Police Department in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area and remains a certified police officer with that agency. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and his Associates in Police Science from Oklahoma State University. He has received training from the University of North Florida as well as various other Accident Reconstruction Organizations. Mr. Wallace maintains a full accreditation with the Accreditation Commission on Traffic Accident Reconstruction.Air Bag Crash Data Retrieval, Accident Reconstruction, Advanced Accident Investigation, Inspection & Investigation of Commercial Vehicles, Investigations of Motorcycle Crashes, Pedestrian Accident Investigation and Instructor Development are examples of the courses he has completed.
Kevin Haney
Kevin Haney is a reconstructionist with Accident Recon, Inc. Kevin graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Kevin Haney has reconstructed serious and fatality traffic accidents including passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, and pedestrian. Additional duties include Forensic Mapping, field operations, Map Scenes, Vista FX and AutoCAD.
Neal Harvey
Neal Harvey is a engineer with Accident Recon, Inc. Neal graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Physics. Neal Harvey has reconstructed serious and fatality traffic accidents including passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, and pedestrian. Additional duties include Forensic Mapping, field operations, Map Scenes, Vista FX and AutoCAD
